Breed Restrictions Include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Persa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof.
At Esplanade we know that your pets are family and want to encourage responsible pet interactions for all residents. Esplanade uses a third-party pet application service that is both simple and secure. All applicants must complete a PetScreening Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile prior to final application approval. Pet Fees Include: Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $500 for one pet and $750 for two pets, as well as a Monthly Pet Rent of $20 per pet.
